Selling a faulty Mac - FAQ

- It depends on the model, age, storage and how far the corrosion has spread, but liquid damage is rarely a write-off to us. Because we repair at component level in-house, we can recover value others can't - so we pay more than a generic scrap buyer. Every offer is confirmed by a real technician, never a fixed bot figure.
- Four things set the offer: the model, the device's age, its condition (working, minor damage, or faulty) and the storage capacity. Newer Apple Silicon Macs and higher-storage configs are worth the most, but even an older or faulty unit gets a fair, honest number. Send the details through the quote form for an exact quote.
- No appointment needed. Bring it to Office #45, 10th Floor, Concord Tower in Dubai Media City, a 3-minute walk from the Palm Jumeirah tram stop, with parking on site. We're open Monday to Thursday and Saturday 9 am to 7 pm, and Friday 9 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 7 pm. Send the details through the quote form and agree the offer first.
- Same day. Once you bring the device in and we confirm it matches what you described, you're paid in cash or by transfer that day. You can also take the value as credit against a repair or toward another Mac instead of cash.
