How do I send my MacBook from a Business Bay office to your workshop?

Book a same-day courier app to your reception with the Concord Tower, Dubai Media City address, and share the tracking link, model and fault in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form. You stay at your desk, and we message you once it's on the bench.

Is it worth driving from Business Bay to Media City for a MacBook repair?

If you can spare the time, yes. It's about 18 minutes from Executive Towers or Bay Square, there's parking on site, and you hear the diagnosis in person. No appointment is needed.

Do you do onsite MacBook repairs at Business Bay offices?

Sometimes. Onsite repair is paid and depends on a technician being free. A few jobs, like a battery swap, can be done at a desk; others need the bench. We quote the visit charge on WhatsApp before booking.

My MacBook died in the middle of a work day. How fast can it be fixed?

Common repairs like a screen, battery, keyboard or trackpad can often be done the same day if the part is in stock. Send it in the morning by courier or bring it in, and tell us your deadline in the quote form.

Can I send my MacBook in after office hours?

Time it so it reaches us while we're open: Monday to Thursday and Saturday 9 am to 7 pm, and Friday 9 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 7 pm. We're closed on Sunday.

Can you repair several MacBooks from our Business Bay office?

Yes. Send the models and faults through the quote form, then bring the machines over or send them in one courier booking. Each one gets its own diagnosis and a written quote before any work starts.

I need my MacBook working for a Monday meeting. What are my options?

Saturday is a full working day for us, 9 am to 7 pm, and we're closed on Sunday. Get the Mac to us early on Saturday and in-stock repairs like a screen or battery can often be ready that day.

Can I send an iMac or Mac mini from the office along with the MacBook?

Yes. Alongside MacBooks we repair iMac, Mac mini, Mac Studio and Mac Pro, and we do data recovery. Pack them together with a note of each fault, and every Mac gets its own quote.

Where can I get a MacBook repaired near Business Bay?

Executive Towers, Bay Square and Bay Avenue are about 18 minutes from Concord Tower, Dubai Media City, by Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. Business Bay mixes offices and apartments south of Downtown, and most MacBook repair requests from here arrive in the middle of a work day. If you can step out, walk in: there's no appointment for the free diagnosis, and parking is on site. If you can't leave your desk, book a same-day courier app to your office reception and share the tracking link in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form. Onsite repair at the office is paid, and only when a technician is free.

Office workers and freelancers in Business Bay can't lose a week to a dead laptop. A courier booked from reception gets the MacBook to our bench without you leaving the building, and you're not waiting on our schedule to send it. Shafiq checks it, the quote is fixed in writing on WhatsApp, and nothing starts until you say yes. Screens, batteries, keyboards and trackpads are often finished the same day when the part is in stock. Board faults take longer, because we repair them at component level instead of replacing the whole board. No fix, no charge.
