How long does MacBook repair take from Abu Dhabi?

Plan on days, not hours. A courier from Abu Dhabi has about 130 km to cover each way, so same-day isn't realistic. Bench time depends on the fault; board-level work, or a part that has to be ordered, takes longer, and we tell you before you approve.

Who books the courier, and is it safe for my MacBook?

You book the courier to us and send us the tracking number, so you can follow it the whole way. We log it in when it reaches the workshop and arrange the return courier with you on WhatsApp. Pack it switched off and padded, and back up first if it still starts.

How do I get a price before committing?

Can a technician come to me in Abu Dhabi?

No. Onsite visits are a paid service we only run inside Dubai, and only when a technician is free. From Abu Dhabi, send the MacBook by a courier you book or bring it to our Media City workshop.

What happens if I don't approve the quote?
