Do you have a shop or branch in Sharjah?

No. We're Dubai-based, with one workshop in Concord Tower, Dubai Media City, and no branch or staff in Sharjah. Sharjah customers either book a courier to send the MacBook to us or drive in. We repair it in Dubai and courier it back once it's done.

How long does a Sharjah repair take?

By courier it isn't same-day, because the parcel has to travel both ways. Bench time depends on the fault and on whether a part needs ordering, and we give you a realistic date after the free diagnosis. If you need it back quickly, driving in cuts out both courier legs.

Who books and pays for the courier?

You book the courier to us, so you choose the service and see its price before you pay. When the repair is done we arrange the return courier with you on WhatsApp and confirm the details before it leaves. We don't quote courier prices on this page because they depend on the service.

Can a technician come to my home in Sharjah?

No. Onsite visits are a paid service we only offer inside Dubai, and only when a technician is free. From Sharjah the options are a courier you book or a drive to our Media City workshop.

How should I pack a MacBook for the courier?

Shut it down fully, put it in a padded sleeve or its original box, and fill any gaps so it can't slide around. Add the charger if the fault is charging or power. Back up first if it still starts. We never need your login password to diagnose hardware.

What MacBook problems do you fix?

MacBook repair for Sharjah, from one bench across the border

Sharjah is the closest emirate to us, but we still don't have a shop there. Every Sharjah MacBook we fix is repaired at one workshop: Office #45, 10th Floor, Concord Tower, Dubai Media City. You've got two ways to get it to us. Book a courier from your Sharjah address and share the tracking number in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form, or drive in yourself, which takes about 35-40 minutes when the Dubai-Sharjah road behaves. Once it's repaired we send it back by courier, arranged with you on WhatsApp. A courier run takes longer than handing it over at the counter, so plan for that rather than expecting it back the same day.

Sharjah has no shortage of phone and laptop counters, but plenty of them pass MacBook board work on to a specialist and add their margin. We do the work ourselves. Screens, batteries, keyboards, liquid damage and logic-board faults all come to the same bench, and our lead technician Shafiq has 15 years on Apple hardware. Diagnosis is free and it's no fix, no charge. Every repair carries a warranty of 15 days to 2 years, with 90 days on screens and 3 months on batteries. If the Mac is still under Apple warranty or AppleCare+ and the fault is covered, we'll tell you to use Apple instead.
