MacBook Repair by Courier in Dubai: Getting Your Mac to Us Now
We no longer run pickups. Here's how to reach the bench instead: walk in, or send it with a courier you book.

What changed with MacBook repair courier options in Dubai?
Until 15 October 2026 we sent someone to fetch MacBooks from homes and offices around Dubai. That service has ended. The MacBook repair courier route in Dubai now works the other way round: you book the courier, or you bring the Mac in yourself. The repair side hasn't changed. Same bench, same technicians, free diagnosis and a quote on WhatsApp before we touch anything.
There are three ways to get a Mac to us. Most people pick the first one.
Can I just walk in?
Yes, and it's the main way people reach us. The workshop is Office #45, 10th Floor, Concord Tower, Dubai Media City. You don't need an appointment for a diagnosis. There's parking at the tower.
- Monday to Thursday and Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm
- Friday: 9 am to 12 pm, then 2 pm to 7 pm
- Sunday: closed
Bring the charger if the fault is about power or charging. It saves us guessing whether the problem is the Mac or the adapter. Full directions are on the contact page.
How do I courier my MacBook to you from inside Dubai?
Book any same-day courier app (Careem Box is one example) with our workshop as the drop-off address. Hand the MacBook to the driver, then send the details through and share the tracking link in the WhatsApp chat that opens after it, so we know it's coming and can look out for it.
If you can't get here yourself, this is the fastest route. You're not waiting for a slot from us. The courier leaves when you book it, and the Mac lands on the bench the same day.
What if I'm in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or another emirate?
Book a courier to send it to us, the same way. It takes longer than a same-day ride across Dubai, so don't plan on having it back the next morning. Once it's booked, send the quote form and share the tracking details in the WhatsApp chat that opens after it.
When the repair's done, we send it back to you by courier. We sort out the return with you on WhatsApp, including the address and a time someone will be in to receive it.
Can a technician come to me instead?
Sometimes. We offer a paid onsite visit when a technician is free from the workshop, and we quote the charge on WhatsApp before you book. A visit makes sense for software faults: a Mac stuck on the Apple logo, a failed update, a full startup disk. Screens, batteries, keyboards and board-level work still need the bench, so for those a courier or a walk-in is quicker. The details are on our onsite MacBook repair page.
How should I pack a MacBook for the courier?
- Back up first if the Mac still turns on. Time Machine to an external drive is enough.
- Shut it down fully rather than closing the lid on sleep.
- Use a padded sleeve inside a box, or the original Apple box if you kept it. A bare laptop in a plastic bag gets scratched.
- Put a note inside with your name, phone number and the fault in one line.
- Add the charger only if the problem is power or charging.
In summer, don't leave a packed MacBook sitting in a car or on a doorstep in the sun while you wait for the driver. A swollen battery gets worse in that heat.
What happens when it reaches the workshop?
We check it in, photograph it and run a diagnosis. Diagnosis is free, and we send you what's wrong and the quote on WhatsApp. Nothing gets opened up for repair until you reply to approve it. If we can't fix it, you don't pay for the repair. That's our no fix, no charge policy.
How do I get my MacBook back?
We message you on WhatsApp when it's ready. You can collect it from Concord Tower, or we book a courier to bring it back to you, inside Dubai or to another emirate. We arrange the return with you on WhatsApp.
