Do you come to our office?

Yes, as a paid onsite visit, subject to technician availability. Send your office address, device count and the faults through the quote form, and we quote the visit before booking. Anything that needs the bench, like a screen or board repair, comes back to our Media City workshop.

How fast can you repair a fleet of office MacBooks?

Screen, battery, keyboard, and trackpad repairs are usually same-day when the machine reaches us in the morning. Logic board repairs take 2–5 business days. Corporate jobs get priority on the bench to cut staff downtime.

Can you provide VAT invoices for corporate MacBook repair?

Yes, all corporate repairs include a consolidated VAT-compliant invoice with each device's serial number, repair type, parts used, and cost. Invoices are issued in AED and can be sent by email to your accounts team.

Do you offer an annual MacBook maintenance contract for companies?

How do we get several MacBooks to your workshop?

Send a staff member with the batch, or book a same-day courier app and share the tracking link in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form. We're at Concord Tower, Dubai Media City, a 3-minute walk from the Palm Jumeirah tram stop, with parking on site. When the work is done, collect the batch, or we book a courier to bring it back.

How do you handle confidential company data during a repair?

Machines are worked on at one bench by one technician rather than passed between hands, and we do not browse or copy company data beyond what the repair or recovery requires. If you need the drive wiped before the device is returned or disposed of, we do it and confirm in writing.

An employee left and nobody can log into their MacBook. Can you unlock it?

Only with evidence that the company owns the device - a purchase invoice or an asset record. We will ask for it, and we decline when ownership cannot be shown. That policy protects you as much as it constrains you.

Can you work with our existing IT provider rather than replace them?

Yes, and that is the usual arrangement. Most corporate clients keep a general IT partner for network, Windows and helpdesk, and use us for the Apple hardware and board-level work that partner cannot do in-house.

Do you need a PO, and can you onboard as a vendor?

Yes to both. We can work against a purchase order and complete standard vendor-onboarding paperwork, including trade licence and VAT registration details. Send what your accounts team needs and we will return it.

Will our whole team be without laptops while you repair them?

No. Fleets come in waves that we agree with you first, so part of the team is always working. For larger accounts, loaner units can be arranged as part of a maintenance contract.

What if a device is not worth repairing?

We will say so, with the reason, rather than quote work that does not make economic sense. We do not sell hardware, so we have no incentive to push you toward a replacement - or away from one.

Chain of custody

Every device that arrives is logged by serial number and confirmed on WhatsApp with a photo at handover. You always know which machine is with us, what stage it is at, and who signed for it.

Data handling

Machines are worked on at one bench and not passed between hands. We do not browse or copy company data beyond what a repair or recovery requires, and we will not unlock a device without evidence the company owns it.

Secure wipe, confirmed in writing

For staff exits or device disposal we wipe the Mac and confirm it in writing, which is normally what an IT or compliance file needs on record.
