- No. We're a Dubai workshop, one bench, in Concord Tower, Dubai Media City. We don't have a branch, a counter or staff anywhere in Ajman. You can book a courier to send the MacBook to us or drive in, and we courier it back when it's fixed.
- By courier, not the same day: the parcel travels both ways. Bench time depends on the fault and whether a part has to be ordered, and we give you a realistic date after the diagnosis. Drive in and you cut the courier time out completely.
- You book the courier to us yourself, so you pick the service and see its price. We arrange the return courier with you on WhatsApp when the repair is done. The diagnosis is free, and there's nothing to pay us if you decide not to go ahead.
- Yes, if it's packed well: switched off, in a padded sleeve or its box, with nothing loose rattling around. It's logged in against your name when it reaches Concord Tower and we message you. Back up first if it still starts. We only ask for your login password if a repair genuinely needs it for testing.
