Do you have a branch or shop in Al Ain?

No. We're a Dubai-based workshop in Concord Tower, Dubai Media City, with no branch, shop or staff in Al Ain. You send the MacBook to us with a courier you book, or drive in, and we courier it back once it's repaired.

How long does a repair take for Al Ain?

Al Ain is about 1.5 hours from our workshop, so it's never a same-day job by courier. Allow for the courier both ways on top of the bench time, which depends on the fault and the parts. We give you an honest timeline once we've diagnosed it.

How much does the courier cost?

You book and pay for the courier to us, at whatever that service charges. We arrange the return courier with you on WhatsApp once the repair is done. The diagnosis is free, and there's no charge from us if you decide not to go ahead.

Is the long courier trip from Al Ain safe for my MacBook?

Yes, if it's packed properly: switched off, in a padded sleeve or its box, with the gaps filled. Use a tracked service and send us the tracking number, so both of us can follow it. Back up your data first if the machine still powers on.

Which MacBook problems can you fix from Al Ain?

Screen and display replacements, batteries, keyboards and trackpads, charging and port faults, liquid and water damage, and board-level logic-board repairs with microsoldering. If it's a MacBook, we most likely repair it.

How do I get a price before I send it?

Tell us the model and describe the fault in the quote form and we'll give you a likely range. The firm price comes after we've diagnosed it in Dubai, and we send that fixed quote for your approval before any work begins.

What address do I put on the courier label?

MacBook Repair Dubai, Office #45, 10th Floor, Concord Tower, Dubai Media City, Dubai. Put your own name and phone number on the label and inside the box so we can match it to you.

What if my MacBook won't turn on at all?

That's fine to send. A dead MacBook is often a charging, battery or logic-board fault that we can diagnose on the bench. Pack it safely, include the charger, and send us the tracking number as normal.

Do you repair water or liquid damaged MacBooks from Al Ain?

Yes. Liquid damage is one of the most common board-level repairs we handle. Stop using the MacBook, don't try to charge it, and send us the details through the quote form straight away. The sooner it reaches our bench, the better the chance of a full recovery.

Will I get genuine-grade parts?

We use the correct part for your specific MacBook model and tell you exactly what we're fitting in the quote, before you approve anything.

MacBook repair for the garden city, done in Dubai

Al Ain is the furthest inland of the cities we serve, and specialist Apple repair is thin on the ground there. Our setup is simple: one workshop in Concord Tower, Dubai Media City, and no Al Ain shop. To get a MacBook to us, book a courier from your Al Ain address and share the tracking number in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form, or drive the roughly 130 km yourself, about 1.5 hours. Our technicians do the repair in Dubai, and we courier it back to you when it's done. You get a clear diagnosis and a price before any work starts, and nothing goes ahead until you approve it.

A dedicated MacBook bench means your machine is handled by people who open Macs all day, not a general phone counter. We keep screens, batteries, keyboards and logic-board parts in stock in Dubai, which are harder to find locally. Board-level repairs need microsoldering gear and a clean bench, and we have both. Al Ain summers are hard on batteries and fans, so swollen cells and heat shutdowns are jobs we see often. You get a written quote first, and no charge if you decide not to go ahead after the diagnosis.

Around Al Ain

Which parts of Al Ain do customers send from?

Some Al Ain neighbourhoods and a practical tip for sending a Mac from each.

Al Jimi

Homes and villas around Al Jimi Mall. Don't leave the parcel in a hot car or at the gate; heat is bad for a battery that's already failing.

Al Muwaiji

Residential streets. Book your courier for a time when someone's in.

Al Bateen

Back up first if the Mac still powers on. A screen or battery job won't touch your files, but it's a good habit.

Asharej

Close to the university and college campuses. If it's coursework, tell us the deadline when you message.

Al Mutaredh

Give us the return address when you send the tracking number, even if it's the same as the sender's.

Central District

Near the souqs and the Al Ain Oasis. Offices here can send it straight from the workplace.

Al Towayya

Send the charger along if the fault is charging or power.

Falaj Hazza

Put your phone number inside the box as well as on the label.

Hili

Residential streets near Hili Fun City. A Mac that got wet should stay switched off until we've seen it.
