Instead, we offer free courier collection: a courier comes to your Al Ain address, brings your MacBook to our Dubai bench, our technicians carry out the repair, and a courier returns it to you. Al Ain is roughly 130 km away, about a 1.5-hour drive, so most jobs run as a 1-2 day round trip rather than same day. You get a clear diagnosis and a price before any work starts, and nothing proceeds until you approve it.
Using a dedicated MacBook workshop by courier means your machine is handled by technicians who only work on MacBooks all day, rather than a general phone shop. We keep genuine-grade screens, batteries, keyboards and logic-board parts in stock in Dubai, which is harder to find locally in Al Ain. Board-level repairs in particular need proper microsoldering equipment and a clean bench, and we have both. How it works
How free collection from Al Ain works
Collection is genuinely free for Al Ain. Once you contact us with the model and the fault, we book a courier to your address, usually for the next day. You hand over the MacBook, the courier brings it to our Dubai Media City workshop, and we diagnose it and send you a fixed price before touching anything. After you approve, we carry out the repair and a courier returns the MacBook to the same Al Ain address. Because it is around a 1.5-hour drive each way, plan on a 1-2 day round trip. We share courier tracking so you always know where your machine is.

- Al Ain is about 1.5 hours from our workshop, so it is not a same-day service. Most repairs run as a 1-2 day door-to-door round trip, depending on the fault and parts. We confirm an honest timeline once we have diagnosed your MacBook.
- Collection and return are free for Al Ain. You only pay for the repair itself, and only after you have approved a fixed quote. If you choose not to go ahead after diagnosis, there is no charge.
