We have one workshop - Concord Tower, Dubai Media City - and no shop in Ras Al Khaimah, so for customers up there we run a free courier collection service instead. A courier comes to your address in Ras Al Khaimah, collects your MacBook, and brings it to our Dubai bench, where the actual technician works on it. Once it is fixed and tested, a courier returns it to you.
