Kalba, over on the east coast past the Hajar mountains, has essentially no specialist Mac repair nearby - which is who this service exists for. Our only workshop is in Concord Tower, Dubai Media City; there is no Kalba branch, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we offer Kalba customers is free courier collection: a courier picks your MacBook up from your home or office in Kalba, brings it to our Dubai bench, and returns it once it is fixed. Kalba sits on Sharjah's east coast, roughly 120 km and about two hours' drive from us, so this runs as a courier service rather than same-day pickup. Every repair is done in Dubai by the same technician, with genuine-grade parts and a clear price before we start.
Kalba has few dedicated Mac specialists nearby, and a general phone shop often is not the right place for logic-board or screen work on a MacBook. Sending it to a Dubai workshop that handles Macs all day means proper diagnostics, the right parts, and someone who has seen your exact fault before. You get a quote before any work starts, no charge if you decide not to proceed, and the machine comes back by courier. The only real trade-off versus a Dubai address is transit time, which is why we are upfront that this takes a day or two each way rather than same-day.
