Can I drop my MacBook off on my commute from Al Furjan?

Yes. We open at 9 am, and Concord Tower in Dubai Media City is about 18 minutes from Al Furjan. Leave it on the way in, the written quote reaches you on WhatsApp, and you come back for it once it's done.

Can I send it from a villa as well as an apartment?

Yes. A same-day courier app works from either. Hand the Mac over at your gate or lobby reception, and send the model and the fault through the quote form, then share the tracking link in the WhatsApp chat that opens.

Is there parking at your workshop?

Yes, Concord Tower has parking on site. Come up to Office #45 on the 10th floor; no appointment is needed for a diagnosis. We look at the Mac and send the written quote on WhatsApp.

Do you fix iMacs and Mac minis for Al Furjan homes?

Yes, along with Mac Studio, Mac Pro and every MacBook. A desktop is safest brought in by car or sent in its original box. A paid onsite visit is another option when a technician is free.

How fast is a screen or battery replacement?

Often the same day, when the part for your model is in stock. Drop it off in the morning and it can be ready that evening. You approve the written price before we start.

My MacBook will not turn on at all. Is it worth repairing?

Often, yes. A dead Mac is usually a power fault on the logic board rather than a write-off. Diagnosis is free, there's no fee if we can't fix it, and we can attempt data recovery first.

Will a technician come to my building in Al Furjan?

Possibly, as a paid onsite visit when a technician is free. Tell us the fault in the quote form and we'll quote the visit charge before you book. Many repairs are quicker done at the workshop.

Do you repair Mac Studio and Mac Pro as well?

Yes. Mac Studio and Mac Pro come to the same bench as MacBooks, iMacs and Mac minis. Each Mac gets a free diagnosis and its own written quote. We repair Macs only.

Where can I get a MacBook repaired near Al Furjan?

Young professionals who work in Media City, Internet City and JLT make up a big share of Al Furjan, the growing villa-and-apartment community off Sheikh Zayed Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Our workshop in Concord Tower, Dubai Media City, is about 18 minutes away, which for many residents is on the commute. That's the easiest way to get MacBook repair done: drop the Mac in on the way to work, with no appointment needed for a diagnosis. Otherwise send it with a same-day courier app, or book a paid onsite visit when a technician is free.

Board-level Mac work is a specialist job, and it's most of what Shafiq does at the bench. A Mac that another shop calls dead is often a power fault on the logic board that can be repaired at component level. We handle MacBooks and desktop Macs: iMac, Mac mini, Mac Studio and Mac Pro. Diagnosis is free and there's no charge if we can't fix it. Screens, batteries and keyboards are often finished the same day when the part is in stock, so a morning drop-off can be ready by the evening.
