How do I get to Concord Tower from Bur Dubai by car?

Take Sheikh Zayed Road toward Dubai Media City. It's roughly a 20-minute drive from BurJuman or Al Mankhool, longer at peak times. There's parking on site, and you can walk in for a diagnosis without booking.

Is same-day MacBook repair possible from Bur Dubai?

Often, yes. Screens, batteries, keyboards and trackpads can usually be finished the same day when the part is in stock, so bring it in early. Logic board repairs take longer, and we'll give you a realistic time on WhatsApp.

Do you cover Karama as well?

Karama has its own page, but the options are the same: walk in at Concord Tower, Dubai Media City, send the Mac with a courier app you book, or ask about a paid onsite visit. Send your area and model through the quote form to start.

Can a technician come to my Al Mankhool apartment?

Sometimes. Onsite repair is a paid service and depends on a technician being free that day. We quote the visit charge on WhatsApp before you book, and some jobs, like board work, still need the bench at the workshop.

What are your opening hours for a drop-off from Bur Dubai?

Monday to Thursday and Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm. Friday, 9 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 7 pm. We're closed on Sunday. No appointment is needed to walk in for a diagnosis.

Does the warranty change if I send my MacBook from Bur Dubai?

No. Hardware repairs carry a written warranty of 15 days to 2 years whether you walk in or send it by courier. Screen replacements are covered for 90 days and batteries for 3 months.

Can you repair several MacBooks for our Bur Dubai office?

Yes. Send the list of models and faults through the quote form and we'll diagnose each one free and quote them in writing before starting. Bring them in together, or send them in a single courier booking.
