How do I get my MacBook to you from Dubai Internet City?

Bring it over. Concord Tower, Dubai Media City is about five minutes away, and no appointment is needed for a free diagnosis. If you can't step out, book a same-day courier app from reception and share the tracking link in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form.

Do you repair company MacBook fleets from Internet City offices?

Yes, a lot of our work here is team machines. Bring several over at once or send them together, list the models and faults through the quote form, and each one gets its own diagnosis and written quote.

Can our IT team send a MacBook straight from the IT room?

Yes. Book a same-day courier app to the IT desk or reception, label the Mac with a name or ticket number, and share the tracking link in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form so we can match it when it arrives.

Can I drop my MacBook off at lunch and have it back the same day?

Often, for in-stock parts: screens, batteries, keyboards and trackpads. Bring it in early and ask us to check the part through the quote form before you come over. Component-level logic board repairs take longer.

Is there parking at Concord Tower if I drive from Internet City?

There is, right at the tower. From Internet City it's a 3 to 5 minute drive; take the Media City exit off Sheikh Zayed Road. At that distance, coming in is often quicker than booking anything.

Can a technician come to our office in Internet City?

Onsite repair is paid and depends on a technician being free, and we quote the charge on WhatsApp before booking. With the workshop this close, bringing the Mac in is usually faster.

Our MacBook holds company data. Can we keep it under our control during the repair?

Bring it in yourself and hear the diagnosis in person. Most hardware repairs, like a screen or battery, don't need your macOS login. Tell us your company's requirements in the quote form before you come.

Do you charge to look at a MacBook?

No. The diagnosis is free, the repair price is agreed in writing on WhatsApp before work starts, and if it can't be fixed you pay nothing. The work comes with a written warranty of up to 2 years on hardware.

Where can I get a MacBook repaired near Dubai Internet City?

Our nearest neighbour is Dubai Internet City. Concord Tower, Dubai Media City is about five minutes from the Microsoft, Oracle and Cisco buildings and the Building 1 to 27 clusters along the lagoon, so MacBook repair from here usually means bringing the Mac over yourself. Walk in, no appointment needed, and the diagnosis is free. Most of the customers here are companies: design studios, software teams and media firms with MacBook Pros that can't sit in a queue for a week. If nobody can step out, book a same-day courier app from reception, or ask about a paid onsite visit.

Only Media City itself is closer to our bench than Internet City, and that changes how a repair works. A designer can bring the MacBook over at lunch, hear what Shafiq finds, and head back to the office with a written quote on WhatsApp. Plenty of what comes from here is team hardware: a studio's MacBook Pro with a failing screen, a build machine that died before a deadline. Common screens and batteries are often fixed the same day when the part is in stock, and logic boards are repaired at component level. There's no ticket to raise and no appointment to wait for.
