My MacBook Pro had an issue with the screen sensor and a motherboard short. I was so stressed out! They fixed it in record time and the price was very fair. Highly recommend!

Where can I get a MacBook repaired near Arabian Ranches?
Villas set around the golf course and the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club make up Arabian Ranches, off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Al Reem, Saheel, Mirador, Alvorada, Palmera and the Ranches II and III phases are family homes, and many have more than one Mac in daily use. Our workshop is about 22 minutes away in Concord Tower, Dubai Media City. For MacBook repair, drive in with every Mac that needs work, send the Mac over with a same-day courier app, or ask about a paid onsite visit when a technician is free.
Ranches households rarely have just one broken device. The school MacBook has a cracked screen, the family iMac has slowed to a crawl, and an older MacBook Air won't charge. Bring them in on one trip: we repair every Mac under one roof, and each gets a free diagnosis and its own written quote before work starts. Spills happen with kids around, and a wet logic board is cleaned and repaired at component level rather than written off. If we can't fix something, there's no charge for it.

- About 22 to 24 minutes by car to Concord Tower, Dubai Media City, depending on which phase you're in. Walk in without an appointment for a diagnosis. We're closed on Sundays and between 12 and 2 pm on Fridays.
- Switch it off, don't charge it, and stand it open and upside down so liquid can drain. Send the details through the quote form, then bring it in or send it with a courier app as soon as you can. Corrosion spreads with time.
- Onsite repair is a paid service, available when a technician is free. Send the model and fault through the quote form and you'll get the visit charge before anything is booked. Bigger jobs come back to the workshop bench.
- It travels fine if it's packed properly. Shut it down, put it in a padded sleeve or its original box, and don't send the charger unless we ask. Share the tracking link in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form, so we know it's coming.
- Often the same day if the battery for your model is in stock. Screens, keyboards and trackpads are similar. Logic board work takes longer, and the written quote tells you the timeline before you agree.
- Yes, in writing. Hardware repairs carry 15 days to 2 years; screens get 90 days and batteries 3 months. Keep the WhatsApp thread, since it holds the quote and the work we agreed.
