How long does it take to drive from Mudon to Dubai Media City?

About 28 minutes, a little less from the Arabian Ranches 2 side. You can walk in without an appointment for a free diagnosis, and there's parking at Concord Tower.

Will a courier driver get through the Mudon gate?

That's handled by the booking you make. Tell community security a courier is coming and put your cluster and villa in the app notes. Once the driver has the Mac, share the tracking link in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form.

We have several Macs. Can you look at them together?

Yes. Bring them in on one trip or send them in one courier booking. Every machine gets a free diagnosis, and you get one written quote so you can choose which to repair.

Can someone else drop the Mac off at your workshop for me?

Yes, anyone can bring it in. Send the owner's name and the fault through the quote form first, so the written quote reaches the right person and nothing gets started without your approval.

Juice went into my kid's MacBook keyboard. Is it ruined?

Not necessarily. Switch it off straight away and don't charge it. Corrosion spreads while the board stays wet, so get it to us quickly by car or courier. The diagnosis is free and we quote once we see the damage.

Can you repair a Mac Studio or iMac from a home office?

Yes. We repair iMac, Mac mini, Mac Studio and Mac Pro as well as MacBooks. Desktops are safer moved by car; if you courier one, pack it with padding around the screen and ports.

Is onsite Mac repair available in Mudon?

It can be, when a technician is free. It's a paid service, and the charge is quoted on WhatsApp before you book. Send the model and a photo of the fault so we know what to bring.

What warranty do I get on a MacBook repair?

A written warranty of up to 2 years on hardware repairs. Screens carry 90 days and batteries 3 months. The terms for your specific job are set out with the written quote.

Where can I get a MacBook repaired near Mudon?

Next to Arabian Ranches 2 in Dubailand, Mudon is a young, green community of family villas and townhouses, about 28 minutes from our workshop at Concord Tower, Dubai Media City, and a long way from any specialist Mac repair. In clusters like Arabella, Rahat and Naseem, most homes run more than one Apple device. For MacBook repair you can drive in and come up to the 10th floor without an appointment, send the Mac with a same-day courier you book yourself, or pay for an onsite visit when a technician is free. Diagnosis is free and quotes are fixed in writing on WhatsApp.

Out in Dubailand, a trip to a mall counter and back can eat an afternoon, and you often make it twice. With us you can skip the drive: book a courier from your door, and the written quote arrives on WhatsApp after the free diagnosis. Mudon homes usually have several Apple devices, and you can bring or send them together for one combined quote. We repair the whole Mac line at component level, so a board fault is often far cheaper to fix than the replacement another shop would quote. If a machine isn't worth fixing, we say so. No fix, no fee.
