Do you take repairs from Town Square?

Yes. It's about 30 minutes to Concord Tower, Dubai Media City by car, or you can send the Mac with a same-day courier app you book. The free diagnosis and written quote work the same either way.

What should I send when my Mac is on its way from Town Square?

Your Mac model and the fault go in the quote form. Then share the courier's tracking link, a photo of the fault and your building name in the WhatsApp chat that opens. That way the bench knows what's arriving, and the free diagnosis can start once it reaches us.

Do I need to be home when the courier arrives?

Not if someone else can hand it over. You book the courier app yourself, so a family member, your helper or building security can give the Mac to the courier. Share the tracking link in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form, so we know it's coming.

Can a MacBook from Town Square be fixed the same day?

Often, yes, when the part is in stock. Screens, batteries, keyboards and trackpads are usually same-day jobs. Board-level work takes longer. Come in early or send the Mac in the morning to give us the most time.

Does living this far out change the repair price?

No. The repair is priced on the fault and fixed in writing on WhatsApp after the free diagnosis. The courier you book is a separate booking in the app, and when it's fixed we book a courier to bring it back, arranged on WhatsApp.

Can you repair an iMac or Mac mini from Town Square?

Yes. Desktops need careful packing for the drive in, so use the original box if you still have it, or bring it in yourself. A paid onsite visit is another option when a technician is free.

My MacBook is out of warranty and quite old. Worth fixing?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. We'll tell you honestly after the free diagnosis rather than take on work that isn't worth your money. If it isn't economic, we'll say so, and there's no charge.

Where exactly is the workshop?

Office #45, 10th Floor, Concord Tower, Dubai Media City. There's parking at the tower, and no appointment is needed for a diagnosis. We're closed on Sunday and take a midday break on Friday between 12 and 2 pm.

Where can I get a MacBook repaired near Town Square?

Al Qudra Road links Town Square to the rest of Dubai, and from here it's about 30 minutes by car to our MacBook repair workshop at Concord Tower, Dubai Media City. The community is large and young: Zahra, Safi, Warda and Hayat apartments plus the townhouse clusters around Town Square Park. Proper Apple repair nearby is scarce. You can drive in with no appointment for a free diagnosis, or book a same-day courier app from your lobby and let it make the trip. Either way, the quote is fixed in writing on WhatsApp before any work starts.

Distance is the honest reason people here use us. A mall service counter means a long drive there and back, twice, and often a Mac that gets sent onward anyway. Here it's worked on at one bench in Media City rather than passed between hands. We handle the whole Mac line, from MacBook Air and Pro to iMac, Mac mini and Mac Studio, Intel and Apple silicon, including component-level board repair. No fix, no charge, and the price doesn't change once the machine is open. Booking your own courier means you aren't waiting for us.
