Can I drive from Jumeirah Golf Estates to your workshop without an appointment?

Yes. Walk in for a free diagnosis, no booking needed. We're on the 10th floor of Concord Tower, Dubai Media City, about 22 minutes from the estate, with parking on site. Hours are Mon-Thu and Sat 9 am-7 pm, Friday 9 am-12 pm and 2 pm-7 pm.

How do I send my MacBook from a JGE villa by courier?

Book a same-day courier app, tell estate security the driver is on the way, and hand the Mac over at the door. Then share the tracking link in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form. Once the repair is done, we book a courier to bring it back to the villa.

We have several Macs at home. Can they all be checked at once?

Yes. Bring them in together or send them in one courier booking. Each machine gets a free diagnosis, and you receive a single written quote so you can choose which ones to repair.

Can a technician come to my villa in the estate?

Sometimes. Onsite repair is a paid service and depends on a technician being free. Send the model and the fault through the quote form and we'll quote the visit before you book anything.

My child spilled a drink on the MacBook. What now?

Switch it off and don't plug it in to charge. Liquid keeps eating at the board while it's wet, so get it to us the same day if you can, by car or by courier. We quote once the real damage is visible.

Do you repair iMac and Mac Studio as well as MacBooks?

Yes, and Mac mini and Mac Pro too. Desktops are awkward in a courier bag, so many people drive them in. If you do send one, pack it well and send the quote form before it leaves the villa.

How long does a MacBook screen or battery repair take?

Screen, battery, keyboard and trackpad jobs are often finished the same day when the part is in stock. Logic board work takes longer. You get the expected timing with the written quote on WhatsApp.

What if my old MacBook isn't worth fixing?

We'll tell you straight after the free diagnosis. There's no charge if we can't fix it, so hearing 'not worth it' costs you nothing, and you can decide what to do with the machine from there.

Where can I get a MacBook repaired near Jumeirah Golf Estates?

Off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, between Motor City and Sports City, Jumeirah Golf Estates is around 22 minutes by car from our workshop at Concord Tower, Dubai Media City. It's a gated villa community built around the Earth and Fire courses, with the Alandalus apartments on one side and plenty of people working from home. Nobody does MacBook repair inside the estate, so you have three options: drive in with the Mac, book a same-day courier yourself and send it to us, or ask for a paid onsite visit when a technician is free. Diagnosis is free and the quote comes in writing on WhatsApp.

Villas here usually have more than one Apple device, and you can bring them in together for a free diagnosis on each and one written quote covering the lot. We repair the whole Mac line at component level, so a board fault another shop prices as a full replacement is often a much smaller job on our bench. Nothing gets opened until the price is agreed on WhatsApp, and there's no charge if we can't fix it. If a machine isn't worth the money, Shafiq will tell you so rather than take the job. Repairs carry a written warranty of 15 days to 2 years, depending on the part.
