Yes. Tecom is the old name and Barsha Heights is the official one. People still search both, and it's the same tower cluster next to Media City either way.

Can I drop my MacBook off during a lunch break from Tecom?

Yes. Walk in, leave it for the free diagnosis, and we'll send the written quote on WhatsApp. Watch the Friday hours: 9 am to 12 pm, then 2 pm to 7 pm, so avoid the midday gap.

Can I send a MacBook from my co-working space by courier?

Yes. Book a same-day courier app, hand the Mac to the driver at reception, and share the tracking link with the model and fault in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form. Once it's fixed, collect it, or we book a courier to bring it back.

Can a Tecom freelancer get a MacBook back the same day?

Often, for screen, battery, keyboard and trackpad jobs with the part in stock. Since you're minutes away, you can come and fetch it yourself as soon as we message. Logic board work takes longer.

Our agency has several MacBooks with problems. Can you handle them together?

Yes. Send the list of models and faults through the quote form. Each machine gets a free diagnosis and its own written quote before work starts, and you can bring them over together since we're so close.
