Can you repair several Macs from one d3 studio?

Yes. Send or bring them together and each one gets a free diagnosis. You'll get a written quote per machine on WhatsApp, so the studio can decide what to repair and in what order.

Do you repair Mac Studio and iMac, not just MacBooks?

Yes. Mac Studio, iMac, Mac mini and Mac Pro are all repaired at the workshop. Desktops are safest brought in by car or sent in their original box, so the display and chassis don't take knocks.

My MacBook Pro holds unbacked-up client work and won't boot. What happens first?

Data first. We attempt recovery before any board work, confirm with you what came back, and only then discuss the repair. On Apple silicon and T2 Macs the storage is soldered to the board, so this is specialist work.

Is there a faster option for an urgent studio deadline?

Tell us the deadline in the quote form before you send the Mac. With the part in stock, many repairs are finished the same day. If we can't meet your date, we'll say so up front rather than let you wait.

Can a technician come to our studio in d3?

When a technician is free, yes. It's a paid onsite visit, and the charge is quoted on WhatsApp before you book. Board repairs and data recovery need the workshop bench, so those still come to us.

Is there parking if I drive the Mac over from d3?

Yes, Concord Tower has parking on site. Bring the Mac up to Office #45 on the 10th floor; no appointment is needed for a diagnosis. On Fridays we close between 12 and 2 pm.

Can you fix a MacBook Pro screen with lines or flicker?

Usually. Lines and flicker can come from the panel, the display cable or the board, and the free diagnosis tells us which. Screen repairs carry a 90-day warranty, and the quote comes in writing first.

Where can I get a MacBook repaired near Dubai Design District?

Fashion houses, architecture practices, agencies and the Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation fill the d3 buildings between Business Bay and Ras Al Khor Road. Almost every desk runs a MacBook Pro, an iMac or a Mac Studio. Our workshop in Concord Tower, Dubai Media City, is about 20 minutes away by car. For MacBook repair from Dubai Design District, you can walk in without an appointment, send the machine from your building reception with a same-day courier app, or book a paid onsite visit when a technician is free. The quote is fixed in writing on WhatsApp first.

For a d3 studio, a Mac out of action is billable work stopped. Board-level repair is where we make the biggest difference: Shafiq fixes the logic board at component level instead of replacing it, which on a loaded MacBook Pro or Mac Studio can cost far less than a new board. If the Mac holds client files that aren't backed up, we recover the data first and confirm it with you before touching anything else. Screens, batteries and keyboards are often done the same day when the part is in stock.
