Do you need my password to repair my MacBook?

For most hardware repairs, like a screen, battery or keyboard, no. We only ask if a software job such as a macOS reinstall is needed, and only after you approve it. Tell us in the quote form if the drive is encrypted.

Can I drive from DIFC to Media City and hand the MacBook over myself?

Yes. It's about 16 minutes on Sheikh Zayed Road, with parking on site at Concord Tower, and you hear the diagnosis in person. Common repairs can often be finished the same day if the part is in stock.

Can my MacBook be repaired before a court hearing or board meeting?

Tell us the deadline in the quote form before you send it. Screens and batteries with the part in stock can often be done the same day, and we'll say up front if a board fault won't fit your timeline.

Can I send an iMac or Mac Studio from the same DIFC office?

Yes. We repair iMac, Mac mini, Mac Studio and Mac Pro as well as MacBook. Send them together with a note of each fault, and each Mac gets its own written quote on WhatsApp.

Is onsite MacBook repair possible in a DIFC tower?

It's a paid service, booked only when a technician is free, with the charge quoted on WhatsApp first. Your building's visitor screening still applies, and for most faults the bench is faster.

Can my assistant send the MacBook to you on my behalf?

Yes. Whoever books the courier just needs to share the tracking link and the owner's name in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form, so the Mac is matched to the right person when it reaches Concord Tower.

What warranty comes with a MacBook repair?

A written warranty of up to 2 years on hardware repairs, with 90 days on screens and 3 months on batteries. The terms sit on the written quote, so your firm has them before approving the work.

Where can I get a MacBook repaired near DIFC?

A 16-minute drive along Sheikh Zayed Road separates the Dubai International Financial Centre from our workshop at Concord Tower, Dubai Media City. That covers Gate Village, Index Tower, Burj Daman, Currency House and the Gate Avenue apartments, with ICD Brookfield Place about a minute further. For MacBook repair from DIFC, a same-day courier app booked from your office reception is often the easier route, since you don't have to leave the building. If you'd rather hand it over yourself, walk in without an appointment. A paid onsite visit is possible on days a technician is free.

DIFC tenants - law firms, banks, asset managers, fintechs - keep client work on their MacBooks, so what happens to the machine on the bench matters. Most hardware repairs, like a screen, battery or keyboard, don't need your macOS login, and we'll only ask for it if you approve software work. The diagnosis is free, the quote is fixed in writing before anything starts, and in-stock repairs are often done the same day. We're an independent workshop, and logic boards are repaired here at component level rather than shipped elsewhere.
