How do I get to your workshop from Satwa?

Drive down Sheikh Zayed Road towards Media City, about 20 minutes. We're at Office #45, 10th floor, Concord Tower, Dubai Media City, with parking on site. A diagnosis doesn't need an appointment.

A local shop wants to replace my whole logic board. Is there another option?

Often, yes. Board failures usually come down to one or two dead components, and those can be replaced on the board itself. We find them during the free diagnosis and quote that repair, so you can compare the two prices.

Could the bill go up after you start the repair?

No. Once the free diagnosis is done, the price is fixed in writing on WhatsApp. If we find a second fault, we message you and wait for a yes before touching it.

My MacBook is old. Is it even worth fixing?

Sometimes not. After the free diagnosis we'll tell you honestly whether it makes economic sense, and there's no fee if we can't fix it. Better to hear that before you spend anything.

Do you repair iMac and Mac mini too?

Yes, alongside MacBooks. A Mac mini travels fine by courier app in a padded box. An iMac is safer driven over with the screen protected, since a cracked display adds to the bill.

Will a technician come to a flat in Satwa?

Possibly. Onsite visits are paid and depend on a technician being free, and the charge is quoted on WhatsApp before booking. For most faults, sending the Mac by courier app or driving it in gets it on the bench sooner.

Can I wait while my MacBook battery is changed?

Sometimes. If it's a common model and the battery is in stock, it may be a wait-for-it job; otherwise it's usually later that day. Tell us when you arrive and we'll say which. Batteries carry a 3-month warranty.

Where can I get a MacBook repaired near Satwa?

One of Dubai's older, busier neighbourhoods, Satwa is tucked between Sheikh Zayed Road and Jumeirah, about 20 minutes from our workshop in Concord Tower, Dubai Media City. It's dense and mixed - apartments, small shops and a big working population - and well served for phone repair but thin on genuine board-level Mac work. For MacBook repair from Satwa you can drive straight down Sheikh Zayed Road, or book a same-day courier app from your building and share the tracking link in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form. A paid onsite visit is possible when a technician is free.

In a neighbourhood full of phone counters, the risk with a Mac is a shop that swaps whatever it can reach and bills for it. We work the other way round. A free diagnosis finds the part that actually failed, and you get a written price on WhatsApp before anything is opened. If we can't fix it, there's no fee. Board faults are repaired at component level rather than by replacing the board, which usually costs far less. And if the Mac simply isn't worth the money, Shafiq will tell you that instead of taking the job.
