Where exactly is the workshop in Media City?

Concord Tower, Office #45, 10th floor, Al Sufouh, Dubai Media City. There's parking on site if you're coming by car, but from most Media City buildings it's quicker to walk over.

Can I just walk in without an appointment?

Yes, for a diagnosis. Walk in Monday to Thursday or Saturday 9 am to 7 pm, or Friday 9 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 7 pm. The diagnosis is free. If we need to order a part, we'll quote you and book it in.

I can't leave my desk today. Is it worth sending the Mac over by courier?

Rarely. We're a few minutes' walk away, so a colleague dropping it at Office #45 is faster than any courier booking. If nobody can step out, a same-day courier app works, and you share the tracking link in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form.

Can I wait while it's repaired?

For some jobs, yes: a battery or keyboard on a common model, where the part is in stock. Tell us when you arrive and we'll say honestly whether it's a wait-for-it job or an afternoon job.

Our edit suite has several iMacs and Mac Studios. Can you look at them together?

Yes. Each machine gets its own free diagnosis and written quote. From here it's a short carry, so bring them over well padded. If moving them isn't practical, ask about a paid onsite visit; it happens only when a technician is free.

My MacBook Pro holds client footage and won't boot. What happens first?

Data first. We attempt recovery from the SSD before any board work and confirm what came off before we discuss the repair. On Apple silicon and T2 Macs the SSD is soldered, so this is board-level work.

Is being next door actually faster?

Usually. There's no courier leg either way, you can watch the diagnosis, and for in-stock parts the Mac is often ready the same afternoon. Drop it on your way into the office and come back before 7 pm.

Can a technician fix my Mac at my desk in Media City?

It's possible but rarely worth it. Onsite visits are paid, happen only when a technician is free, and the charge is quoted on WhatsApp first. We're a short walk away, so bringing the Mac to the bench is quicker, and the diagnosis is free.

Where can I get a MacBook repaired near Dubai Media City?

This is our home district. The workshop is in Concord Tower, Office #45 on the 10th floor, inside Dubai Media City itself, so for anyone working here MacBook repair is a walk across the plaza rather than a drive. Media City is agencies, broadcasters, publishers and production houses, which means some of the hardest-worked Macs in Dubai: MacBook Pros rendering video, iMacs and Mac Studios in edit suites, Mac minis running playout and signage. Walk in during a lunch break. To be honest, booking a courier or an onsite visit rarely makes sense when you're a few minutes from our door.

The advantage of being next door is time. You can watch the free diagnosis happen and get a written quote on WhatsApp before you leave. For in-stock parts like a screen, battery, keyboard or trackpad, you can often pick the Mac up the same afternoon. For board-level faults we repair the failed component rather than swapping the board, which on a loaded MacBook Pro or Mac Studio is usually the difference between a repair bill and a replacement. If the machine holds project files that were never backed up, we deal with the data before anything else.
