How do I get my MacBook from a JBR tower to your workshop?

Drive it in. It's about 8 minutes along Al Sufouh Road to Concord Tower, Dubai Media City, with parking on site and no appointment needed. Or book a same-day courier app from your lobby and share the tracking link in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form.

My MacBook fell on the sand at JBR Beach. Can it be saved?

Usually. Sand in the vents and ports causes overheating and sticky keys but rarely kills the board on its own. Bring it in soon; we strip and clean the fans, heatsink and ports, then run a full diagnostic before quoting.

Pool water got on my MacBook in JBR. What should I do?

Switch it off, don't charge it and don't shake it. Send the details through the quote form, then get it to the workshop as fast as you can, by car or a same-day courier. Liquid keeps corroding the board, so the sooner we open it, the better the odds.

Can I hand my MacBook to a courier at The Walk or The Beach Mall instead of my tower?

If the courier app lets you set the meeting point there, yes, since you're the one booking it. Pick a hotel lobby or cafe on The Walk, hand over the MacBook, and share the tracking link in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form.

Is there parking at Concord Tower when I drive in from JBR?

Yes, you can park on site. From JBR it's roughly an 8-minute drive along Al Sufouh Road to Dubai Media City. A diagnosis doesn't need an appointment, so come any time during opening hours.

Can a technician come to my JBR apartment?

Onsite repair exists, but it's paid and depends on a technician being free that day. Send the model and fault through the quote form and we'll quote the visit charge before you book. Sand cleaning is usually better done at the bench.

Can my MacBook be repaired the same day if I drop it off from JBR?

For in-stock parts, often yes: screens, batteries, keyboards and trackpads. Bring it in early and tell us in the quote form what's wrong first so we can check the part. Liquid damage and board repairs take longer.

Where can I get a MacBook repaired near JBR?

Living in Jumeirah Beach Residence puts you about eight minutes by car from Concord Tower, Dubai Media City, along Al Sufouh Road. Rimal, Bahar, Sadaf, Shams, Amwaj and Murjan are all that close, and the beach hotels from the Movenpick to the Ritz-Carlton are a minute further at most. For MacBook repair from JBR, that makes driving in the obvious option: no appointment for a free diagnosis, and parking on site. If you'd rather not move the car on a busy beach weekend, send it with a same-day courier app, or ask through the quote form about a paid onsite visit.

Beach life is hard on a MacBook. Sand works its way into the fan and under the keys, salt air and pool water corrode the board, and sunscreen leaves a greasy film on the keyboard and trackpad. Those are the faults JBR customers tend to bring us, and fixing them is bench work: opening the machine, cleaning the fans and ports, checking the logic board at component level. You get a free diagnosis and a price fixed in writing on WhatsApp before we start. If it can't be fixed, there's no charge, and hardware repairs carry a written warranty of 15 days to 2 years.
