We collect MacBooks free of charge from any JBR tower (Rimal, Bahar, Sadaf, Shams, Amwaj, Murjan), deliver back the same day, and provide a written warranty of up to 12 months. Most JBR pickups are completed within 30 minutes of WhatsApp confirmation, often faster during the courier's morning loop along The Walk.
JBR residents and beachfront hotel guests are some of our most frequent customers. - Leave the MacBook at hotel reception with your name and room number. The courier collects from the same desk and returns the device there once repaired. Hotel concierges already know us.
- No. Free pickup and free return delivery from any JBR address - apartment, hotel, or beachfront cafe meeting point.
- Likely yes. Sand inside vents and ports causes overheating but rarely permanent damage. Bring it in within 24 hours; we strip-clean fans, heatsinks and ports, replace any pitted keys, and run a full diagnostic. Typical cost: AED 330-520.
