Is Dubai Production City the same as IMPZ?

Yes. IMPZ (International Media Production Zone) is the older name and Dubai Production City is the current one. People search for both, and it's the same area, about 20 minutes from our workshop.

Where's the closest Mac repair to IMPZ?

Our workshop in Concord Tower, Dubai Media City, is about 20 minutes' drive from the Production City towers. Walk in for a free diagnosis with no appointment, and use the parking on site.

Can our media company send several Macs at once?

Yes. Pack them separately, send them together with a courier app or bring them in, and list each one in the quote form. Every Mac gets its own free diagnosis and its own written quote, so you choose which to repair.

Will I get my MacBook back the same day?

Quite often, for screens, batteries, keyboards and trackpads when the part is in stock. Board-level faults take longer. You'll get a straight timeline with the written quote, so you can plan around your deadlines.

Do you do onsite repairs in Production City?

When a technician is free, yes, as a paid visit. The charge is quoted on WhatsApp before you book. Some faults, like board repairs, are better done at the workshop, and we'll tell you if yours is one.

My MacBook Pro overheats during long exports. Can you fix it?

Usually. Long renders push the fans and thermal paste hard, and dust makes it worse. We open it up, clean the fans and heatsink, and replace the paste where needed. Send the model through the quote form first.

Is my repair covered if the fault comes back?

Yes. Hardware repairs carry a written warranty of 15 days to 2 years; screens are covered for 90 days and batteries for 3 months. If the same fault returns in that time, bring or send it back.

Where can I get a MacBook repaired near Dubai Production City (IMPZ)?

Still called IMPZ by most people who live there, Dubai Production City mixes apartment clusters with media businesses off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, next to Motor City and Sports City. Lago Vista, Oakwood Residency, Centrium Towers, Dunes Village and Lakeside are full of editors, designers and families. Our workshop is about 20 minutes away in Concord Tower, Dubai Media City. For MacBook repair you can walk in without an appointment, send the Mac over with a same-day courier app, or book a paid onsite visit when a technician is free. The price is fixed in writing first.

People in Production City tend to edit, design and render for a living, so a dead MacBook Pro is lost income. Shafiq repairs logic boards at component level, which matters on a high-spec Mac where swapping the whole board is the expensive route. If the project files aren't backed up, say so on WhatsApp and we'll talk through data recovery before anything else. Screens and batteries are often done the same day when the part is in stock. The diagnosis is free, and if we can't fix the machine you don't pay.
