Can I get to your workshop quickly from Al Safa?

Yes, it's about 15 minutes by car, a little less from the Al Manara side. Concord Tower is in Dubai Media City, there's parking on site, and a diagnosis doesn't need an appointment.

I run my business from a home MacBook. How quickly can it be back?

For in-stock parts, often the same day: drive it in or send it in the morning and it can be ready by the evening. Tell us it's your work machine, and if it won't boot we deal with the data first.

My Mac won't turn on. Is my work lost?

Probably not. When a Mac shows no sign of life, the fault is most often on the board while the storage survives. We try to get your files off before any repair and confirm what we saved. Diagnosis is free.

Can a family member send the Mac by courier for me?

Yes. You book a same-day courier app, they hand the Mac to the driver at the villa gate, and you share the tracking link with the model in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form. The written quote comes to you before any work starts.

Is an older Intel MacBook worth repairing?

It depends on the fault. We repair Intel as well as Apple silicon, and after the free diagnosis we'll tell you honestly whether the repair makes economic sense.

Do you repair iMacs too?

Yes - iMac, Mac mini and Mac Studio as well as MacBooks. An iMac is safer in the back of a car than on a courier bike, so bring it in padded if you can.

Is there an onsite option if I can't leave the house in Al Safa?

There is, but it's paid and only when a technician is free. Send the fault through the quote form and we'll quote the visit charge before booking. If you just can't leave, a same-day courier app is usually the faster route.

My MacBook gets hot on the desk by the window. Is the Dubai sun damaging it?

Direct sun through glass can push a MacBook into throttling, and constant heat ages the battery faster. Move it out of the sun first. If it still runs hot indoors, the fans may be clogged; a clean and repaste is usually a same-day job.

Where can I get a MacBook repaired near Al Safa?

Quiet streets and established villas fill Al Safa, between Al Wasl Road and Sheikh Zayed Road, around 15 minutes from our workshop in Concord Tower, Dubai Media City. It's home to long-term families and plenty of people running a business or freelance practice from home, so the Mac on the dining table is often doing serious work. There's very little specialist Mac repair nearby. MacBook repair from Al Safa usually starts with a short drive, or with a same-day courier app if you can't step away from a deadline. A paid onsite visit is possible when a technician is free.

When the Mac is the business, the questions are turnaround and data. Many screen, battery, keyboard and trackpad repairs finish the same day when the part is in stock, so a home-office machine is rarely out for long. If it won't boot, we go after the data before any repair work and tell you what came off. Board faults are repaired on the board rather than by swapping it, which keeps a serious fault from turning into a replacement quote. And we'll tell you honestly when an older machine isn't worth the money.
