Can I send my MacBook from an office in the DSO Tech Park?

Yes. Book the courier to your office reception with the Concord Tower, Dubai Media City address, then share the tracking link along with the model and the fault in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form.

Is the drive from Silicon Oasis to Media City worth it?

If you want to hear the diagnosis in person, yes. It's about 30 minutes on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, there's parking on site, and no appointment is needed. For a screen or battery, ask us to check stock through the quote form first.

I'm a student at Rochester or Heriot-Watt. How do I send my MacBook in?

Book a same-day courier app from your campus or accommodation and share the tracking link, your name and the fault in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form. The diagnosis is free, and if the Mac can't be fixed you pay nothing.

Can a technician visit my villa in Cedre or Semmer?

Possibly. Onsite visits are paid and happen only when a technician is free. Send the model and fault through the quote form and we'll quote the charge before you book. Board faults still need the workshop bench.

How does my MacBook get back to Silicon Oasis after the repair?

Once it's repaired, we book a courier to bring it back to you, arranged on WhatsApp. If you prefer, you can come and fetch it yourself from Concord Tower during opening hours.

Can I wait for the repair if I drive in from Silicon Oasis?

For in-stock screen, battery, keyboard and trackpad repairs, often yes, since many finish the same day. Send your model through the quote form before you leave so we can check the part. Board repairs take longer.

Is it cheaper than taking my MacBook to Apple?

Compare for yourself. We quote after a free diagnosis and before any work, so you can set our price against Apple's. Out of warranty we repair logic boards at component level, with a written warranty of 15 days to 2 years (90 days on screens, 3 months on batteries).
