How long does it take to drive from JVC to your workshop?

About 16 minutes from Circle Mall or District 12, and up to 18 from Districts 15 and 16, via Hessa Street and Sheikh Zayed Road. Concord Tower, Dubai Media City has parking on site.

I work from home in JVC. Can I send my MacBook instead of driving?

Yes. Book a same-day courier app to your tower lobby, hand the Mac to the driver and share the tracking link with the model in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form. We diagnose it free, quote in writing, and book a courier to bring it back when it's done.

Do you take MacBooks from both JVC towers and townhouses?

Yes, from anywhere in Districts 10 to 16. Drive in, or book a courier app to your lobby or townhouse gate. Send your district and the model through the quote form so we know what's coming.

Can I hand my MacBook to a courier at Circle Mall?

Yes, if the courier app lets you set the mall as the starting point. Book it, hand the Mac over at the meeting spot, and share the tracking link in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form. We'll confirm on WhatsApp when it reaches the bench.

I spilled coffee on my MacBook at home in JVC. What now?

Power it off, don't charge it, and send us the details through the quote form. Then get it to us quickly, by car or a courier app you book. We clean the logic board, check for corrosion and quote the repair in writing. The sooner it arrives, the better the odds.

Can a technician repair my MacBook at my JVC apartment?

Sometimes. Onsite repair is paid and depends on a technician being free. We quote the charge on WhatsApp before booking. Liquid damage and board faults still need to come to the workshop.

Can you also fix the family iMac or Mac mini from JVC?

Yes. iMac and Mac mini repairs are done at the same workshop, so one trip or one courier booking covers the household. Tell us every Mac and fault in the quote form and you'll get a written quote for each.

Tower parking and visitor sign-in make the trip out a chore, so it helps to know the plan before you leave. Send the model and the fault through the quote form and we'll say whether it looks like a same-day screen, battery or keyboard job. The quote is fixed in writing before work starts. Coffee spills on home desks are board-level work, which we do on our own bench. No fix means no charge, and hardware repairs carry a written warranty of 15 days to 2 years.
