How long is the drive from Rashidiya to your Media City workshop?

About 32 minutes, a bit less from the Terminal 3 side. Walk in without an appointment for a free diagnosis; there's parking on site. We're open Mon-Thu and Sat 9 am-7 pm, Friday 9 am-12 pm and 2 pm-7 pm, and closed Sunday.

I work airline rotations. What happens if I'm away when the repair is done?

Put your roster in the quote form. We book a courier to bring it back for when you're back in Dubai, or you can drop by Concord Tower and pick it up yourself after you land.

Is there a cheaper option than replacing the logic board?

Usually, yes. Most board faults come down to a small number of failed components, and we repair at component level. The diagnosis is free, so you can compare the number before committing to anything.

Will a technician come out to Rashidiya for a Mac repair?

Only when one is free, and it's a paid visit. Send the model and the fault through the quote form first. We quote the onsite charge before you book, so there are no surprises at the door.

Do you repair older Intel MacBooks?

Yes, Intel as well as Apple silicon. After the free diagnosis we'll tell you honestly whether the repair makes sense for the age of the machine, and there's no fee if we can't fix it.

Do you repair iMacs and Mac minis from Rashidiya?

Yes, plus Mac Studio and Mac Pro. A desktop is easiest to bring in by car. If you send one by courier, box it with padding around the screen and send the quote form before it leaves.

My MacBook will not turn on. Can you still get my files?

Usually. A Mac that won't power on most often has a board fault with the storage still intact. We attempt recovery before any repair and confirm exactly what came off.

Where can I get a MacBook repaired near Rashidiya?

Out on the eastern side of Dubai, between the airport and Mirdif, Rashidiya is about 32 minutes by car from our workshop in Concord Tower, Dubai Media City. It's an established area of villas and low-rise buildings, home to long-term families and a lot of airline and airport staff. Board-level MacBook repair is hard to find on this side of the city. You can drive across and walk in without an appointment, send the Mac with a same-day courier you book yourself, or ask about a paid onsite visit. The diagnosis is free and the price is fixed in writing on WhatsApp.

Crossing the city from Rashidiya takes a chunk of the day, so the workshop at the other end has to be worth it. We only do Apple: Intel and Apple silicon Macs across the whole line, plus the component-level board work most counters won't touch. Diagnosis is free, there's no charge if we can't fix it, and the written price doesn't move once the Mac is open. If you'd rather skip the drive, a courier you book from your own door gets it to us without waiting on anyone. When it's fixed, we book a courier to bring it back, and crew on rotation can pick the day on WhatsApp.
