Can I send it from a townhouse rather than an apartment?

Yes. A courier app works the same from a townhouse door as from an apartment lobby in Uptown, Foster's, Norton Court or Detroit House. Book it, hand the Mac over, and share the tracking link in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form.

Is there parking at the workshop if I drive in from Motor City?

Yes, Concord Tower has parking on site. Come up to Office #45 on the 10th floor; no appointment is needed for a diagnosis. We're open Monday to Thursday and Saturday 9 am to 7 pm, and Friday 9 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 7 pm.

I work from home in Motor City. Can it be fixed the same day?

For a screen, battery, keyboard or trackpad with the part in stock, often yes. Come in early or book the courier app in the morning. Logic board repairs take longer, and we'll tell you how long when we quote.

Can a technician come out to Motor City?

Onsite repair is paid and depends on a technician being free, so it isn't always available. Send the model and fault through the quote form, and we'll quote the visit charge before you book. Some faults still need the workshop bench.

Can I send the Mac from First Avenue Mall?

Yes, if the courier app lets you set the mall as the starting point. Hand the Mac over in its sleeve or box, and share the tracking link in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form so we know it's on the way.

My MacBook won't turn on and I need the files. Can you help?

Yes. Data recovery is part of what we do, including from Macs that won't power on. Send the model and what happened through the quote form, and we'll explain the options and quote in writing before starting.

What warranty do I get on a repair?

A written warranty of up to 2 years on hardware repairs. Screens carry 90 days and batteries 3 months. It's the same paperwork whether you drove in or sent the Mac by courier.

Where can I get a MacBook repaired near Motor City?

Families and professionals choose Motor City for its quiet, parkside streets around the Dubai Autodrome, off Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The apartments in Uptown Motor City, Foster's, Norton Court and Detroit House, plus the townhouses, are about 20 minutes by car from our workshop in Concord Tower, Dubai Media City. MacBook repair from here usually means one of three routes: drive in and come up to the 10th floor without an appointment, book a same-day courier app and share the tracking link after you send the quote form, or ask for a paid onsite visit if a technician is free. The diagnosis costs nothing.

Out here, a broken Mac often means a home office that's stopped. We'd rather you made one trip, or none. Describe the fault in the quote form and Shafiq will tell you whether it sounds like a screen, a battery or a board problem before you set off. Common parts are usually fitted the same day when they're in stock. Boards are repaired at component level rather than swapped. The quote is written and fixed before work starts, and if the Mac can't be fixed there's no charge.
