I work airline rotations. What happens to my Mac while I'm away?

Tell us your dates in the quote form when the Mac comes in. We'll send the quote while you're away, you approve it there, and we'll book a courier to bring it back, or hold it for you to collect, around your roster.

Can I send my MacBook from an office near the airport?

Yes. Book a same-day courier app to your office reception and hand the Mac over there. Send the model through the quote form, share the tracking link in the WhatsApp chat that opens, and the free diagnosis and written quote follow once it reaches the bench.

Another shop in the area quoted a full logic board. Is there an alternative?

Usually yes. Most board faults are a handful of failed components rather than the whole board. We diagnose to component level free of charge and quote the real repair first.

Do you fix iMac and Mac mini for Garhoud customers?

Yes, along with Mac Studio, Mac Pro and all MacBooks. A desktop should travel boxed and padded. If moving it isn't practical, ask through the quote form about a paid onsite visit when a technician is free.

I'm staying at a hotel in Garhoud. How do I get my Mac to you?

Take a taxi with it, about 28 minutes, or leave it at the front desk for a same-day courier app you book. Tell us the hotel in the quote form, and once it's repaired we book a courier to take it back there.

Will a technician come to my Garhoud villa?

Only when one is free, and it's a paid visit. Send the model and fault through the quote form and the charge is quoted before booking. Faults that need board work are better brought or sent to the workshop.

Where can I get a MacBook repaired near Garhoud?

Next to Dubai International Airport on the Deira side of the creek, Garhoud is an established district of villas, older apartment buildings, airline offices, hotels and Deira City Centre, with a lot of long-term residents and airline staff. It's about 28 minutes by car from our MacBook repair workshop at Concord Tower, Dubai Media City. Walk in with the Mac, no appointment needed for a free diagnosis, or book a same-day courier app from your building or office reception and share the tracking link in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form. A paid onsite visit is possible when a technician is free.

Garhoud has plenty of general computer trade, but very little genuine board-level Mac work. Most shops either quote a whole logic board or send the machine to a workshop like ours and add their margin. Coming direct cuts that out. Diagnosis is free, there's no charge if we can't fix it, and the price is fixed in writing before anything is opened. If you fly rotations, send the Mac before a trip and tell us your dates, and we'll book the courier back around them, or hold it until you can collect it.
