Can I drop my Mac off on a Friday?

Yes. On Friday we're open 9 am-12 pm and 2 pm-7 pm. The rest of the week it's 9 am-7 pm Mon-Thu and Saturday, and we're closed on Sunday. No appointment needed for a diagnosis.

How do I know the repair price won't go up?

It's fixed in writing on WhatsApp after the free diagnosis and before any work starts. If anything extra turns up once the Mac is open, it needs your approval first.

Is repairing the logic board cheaper than replacing it?

Almost always. Most board failures are a handful of dead components, and we repair at component level. The diagnosis is free either way, so you see the number before you decide.

What if my Mac is not worth repairing?

We'll tell you honestly after the free diagnosis. There's no fee if we can't fix it, so an honest 'not worth it' costs nothing and you keep your options open.

Is there an onsite Mac repair service in Muhaisnah?

There is, but it's paid and depends on a technician being free. Send the model and fault through the quote form first and we'll quote the visit before anything is booked. For most jobs, a courier to the workshop is quicker.

Can you recover files from a Mac that will not start?

Usually. It's most often a board fault with the storage intact. We attempt recovery before any repair and confirm what came off, so you know where your files stand before you pay for anything.

How long will my MacBook repair take?

Screen, battery, keyboard and trackpad repairs can often be finished the same day when the part is in stock. Board-level work takes longer. The expected time comes with your written quote.

Where can I get a MacBook repaired near Muhaisnah?

Between Al Qusais and Mizhar in the east of Dubai, Muhaisnah is a large, densely populated area where worker accommodation and family housing sit side by side, with almost no specialist Mac repair of its own. Getting MacBook repair from Muhaisnah means one of three things. Drive to Concord Tower, Dubai Media City, about 36 minutes away, and walk in without an appointment. Book a same-day courier yourself and send the Mac to us. Or pay for an onsite visit when a technician is free. The diagnosis is free, and the price is fixed in writing on WhatsApp before work starts.

The plain reasons to use us from Muhaisnah are cost and certainty. The diagnosis is free, there's no fee if we can't fix the machine, and the written price stays put once the Mac is open. We repair logic boards at component level rather than replacing them, so the number is usually far below a board-swap quote. When an older Mac isn't worth the money, we say so, and finding that out costs you nothing. If you can't take time off for the drive across town, a courier you book yourself saves you the trip.
