Where can I get a MacBook repaired near Jumeirah?
Villas along Beach Road, apartments around Mercato and Sunset Mall, the streets of Jumeirah 1, 2 and 3: all of it sits 10 to 12 minutes from our workshop in Concord Tower, Dubai Media City. Umm Suqeim is closer still, and City Walk is around 13. For MacBook repair from Jumeirah, driving in usually wins. You don't need an appointment for the free diagnosis, and parking is on site. If nobody can leave the house, book a same-day courier app to the villa gate and share the tracking link in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form. We can also send a technician to the house for a fee, when one is free.
Jumeirah is a family area, and family homes often have several Macs. We repair all of them in one place: MacBook, iMac and Mac mini, with data recovery when a drive fails. Juice on a keyboard or a screen cracked by a dropped toy is everyday bench work for us. You get a free diagnosis, a price fixed in writing on WhatsApp before we touch anything, and no charge if it can't be fixed. Since a courier app can take the Mac straight from your gate, you're not stuck waiting for a slot either.

- Drive it in to Concord Tower, Dubai Media City, about 10 minutes away, and get a free diagnosis without an appointment. Or book a same-day courier app to your gate and share the tracking link in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form.
- Yes. You book the courier, so it's up to you who hands it over at the gate. Just share the tracking link and your name in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form, so we can match the Mac to you when it arrives.
- Yes, there's parking on site at Concord Tower. From Jumeirah 1 or 2 it's about a 10-minute drive via Al Sufouh Road; from La Mer, allow closer to 12.
- Turn it off, unplug it and don't try to charge it. Send the details through the quote form, then get it to the workshop quickly by car or courier. Sugary liquid corrodes the board, so the earlier it's cleaned, the more likely it's recoverable.
- It can be arranged, but onsite repair is paid and only booked when a technician is free. Send the model and fault through the quote form and we'll quote the visit charge first. Liquid damage usually still has to come to the bench.
- Yes. Bring them in together or send them in one courier booking with a note of each fault. Every Mac gets its own free diagnosis and a written quote on WhatsApp before any work.
- Often the same day when the battery is in stock. Send the exact model through the quote form before you drive over and we'll check. Batteries carry a 3-month written warranty.
- If the courier app lets you set the meeting point at a cafe on Beach Road, yes, since you're the one booking it. Hand over the MacBook, then share the tracking link and the model in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form.
