Do you take Macs from Al Nahda on the Dubai side?

Yes. It's about 35 minutes by car. If you book a courier app, double-check the address pin says Al Nahda Dubai and not the Sharjah side, since tower names repeat across the border.

Is there a cheaper option than a full logic board replacement?

Usually yes. Most board faults are a small number of failed components, not the whole board. We repair at component level and diagnose free of charge, so you can compare before committing.

Will the price change after you open the Mac?

No. The price is fixed in writing on WhatsApp after the free diagnosis. If we find anything else, we come back for your approval rather than adjusting the bill.

Can you repair older Intel MacBooks?

Yes, Intel as well as Apple silicon. Whether it's economic depends on the fault and the model, and we'll tell you honestly after the free diagnosis. If we can't fix it, you don't pay.

Can I bring an iMac or Mac mini in from Al Nahda?

Yes, we repair both alongside MacBooks. For an iMac on a 35-minute drive, the car is safer than a courier: keep the screen facing up and padded. If you do send a desktop, use the original box or plenty of padding.

Will a technician come to Al Nahda for an onsite repair?

Only when one is free, and it's a paid visit. Send the address and the fault through the quote form and we'll quote the charge before booking. For many faults it's quicker to send the Mac by courier app than wait for a free slot.

What time can I walk in if I'm coming from Al Nahda after work?

We're open until 7 pm Monday to Thursday and Saturday, and on Friday from 9 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 7 pm. Sunday we're closed. No appointment is needed for a diagnosis.

Where can I get a MacBook repaired near Al Nahda?

On the Dubai side of the Sharjah border, Al Nahda is around 35 minutes from our workshop in Concord Tower, Dubai Media City. It's one of the densest residential areas in the emirate: apartment towers, families, and a big commuter population working right across Dubai. There's plenty of general phone and laptop trade nearby but very little that repairs Macs at board level. For MacBook repair from Al Nahda, most people bring the Mac in on a day they're already heading west, or send it with a same-day courier app. A paid onsite visit is possible when a technician is free.

Crossing the city to a mall service counter and back twice is most of a day, so people from this side of Dubai want the first trip to count. Diagnosis is free, there's no fee if we can't fix it, and the written quote on WhatsApp doesn't change once the Mac is open. Because we repair the logic board at component level rather than swapping it, the number is usually far lower than a board-replacement quote. If you'd rather not make the drive at all, a courier app you book yourself gets the Mac to us without you leaving home.
