How long is the drive from the Palm to your workshop?

About 15 minutes from the Palm gateway and Nakheel Mall, and around 20 from Atlantis. Concord Tower, Dubai Media City has parking on site, and you can walk in for a diagnosis without booking.

I'm a guest at a Palm Jumeirah hotel. How do I get my MacBook repaired?

Book a same-day courier app, leave the Mac with the concierge for the driver, and share the tracking link and your room details in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form, and we'll book a courier to bring it back to the hotel. If you have a car, the workshop is a short drive off the island.

Is same-day MacBook repair possible for Palm residents?

Often. Screen, battery, keyboard and trackpad repairs are usually done the same day when the part is in stock, and a morning drop-off gives the most time. Logic board repairs take longer.

What's the most common MacBook fault you see from Palm residents?

Keyboards and fans clogged with fine sand and salt, and batteries swollen by heat, especially on Macs left out on a terrace. Cracked screens come next. All of these are bench jobs we handle often.

Can a technician come to my villa on the Palm?

Sometimes. Onsite repair is paid and only possible when a technician is free. We'll quote the charge on WhatsApp before you book, and anything needing board work goes back to the workshop.

Can a hotel guest get a MacBook fixed before checking out?

If the part is in stock and it's a screen, battery or keyboard job, it's possible. Send your checkout date, the model and the fault through the quote form, and we'll be straight about whether it fits.

Is there a drop-off option if I'd prefer to come to you?

Yes. Concord Tower is 15 minutes from the Palm gateway by car, easy to combine with a trip along Sheikh Zayed Road. Parking is on site and no appointment is needed for a diagnosis.
