Repaired the motherboard on my MacBook Pro 16 in less than a day - excellent service. They explained and showed everything throughout the process. The best service in Dubai out of all I've tried. 5 stars - definitely.

Where can I get a MacBook repaired near Arjan?
Next to Al Barsha South and Dubai Science Park, Arjan is about 20 minutes by car from our workshop in Concord Tower, Dubai Media City. It has grown quickly into a dense cluster of mid-rise apartment buildings around the Miracle Garden, with a young, largely professional population. Repair options inside Arjan itself are limited, and almost none do board-level Mac work. MacBook repair from Arjan fits easily into a day: drive over, or book a same-day courier app and share the tracking link in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form. A paid onsite visit is possible when a technician is free.
Arjan is close enough that driving in for a free diagnosis takes less time than a trip to a mall counter where you leave the machine behind. We're a Mac workshop, not a general laptop shop: MacBook Air and Pro, iMac, Mac mini, Mac Studio and Mac Pro, Intel and Apple silicon, including the component-level board work most places won't take on. Diagnosis is free, there's no fee if we can't fix it, and the price is agreed in writing first. Many screen and battery jobs are done the same day when the part is in stock.

Arjan - frequently asked questions
- About 20 minutes, a little less from the Al Barsha South side. Concord Tower is in Dubai Media City, there's parking on site, and you don't need an appointment for a diagnosis.
- It matters for the courier app, so drop an accurate pin and put the full building name in the notes for the driver. When the repair is done and we book the courier to bring it back, we'll need the same details.
- Yes, if your courier app allows it. Leave the Mac packed with security, name them as the handover contact in the booking, and share the tracking link plus the model in the WhatsApp chat that opens after you send the quote form. The quote comes to you, not to security.
- Often, for screen, battery, keyboard and trackpad jobs when the part is in stock. Drive in or send it in the morning and there's a good chance it's ready the same day. Board work takes longer.
- Sometimes. Onsite visits are paid and only happen when a technician is free. Send the fault through the quote form and we'll quote the charge on WhatsApp before booking. At 20 minutes away, driving in is often the quicker choice.
- Yes, alongside MacBooks. Desktops are safer brought in by car than sent on a courier bike. Pad the display well, or use the original box if you still have it.
- Usually yes, and it's one of the most common jobs we see. Dust-clogged fans and dried thermal paste cause throttling and noise. A full internal clean and repaste is normally a same-day job.
- Up to the 10th floor, Office #45, Concord Tower, Dubai Media City. Parking is on site. We're open Monday to Thursday and Saturday 9 am to 7 pm, Friday 9 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 7 pm, and closed on Sunday.
